Zuri Battle
Owner/Founder
For over seven years, Zuri Battle has assisted individuals with personal goal development & attainment as well as helped businesses become streamlined & efficient. Through her experiences as a transformational coach, mentor, facilitator, coordinator, manager, and director, Ms. Battle has an established reputation for providing exemplary consulting services which have proven to lead individuals and workgroups effectively.
Merging her desire to be of service to others along with her talents, educational background, and resources, Ms. Battle established Pearce Battle Consulting, LLC (PBC) in 2015. PBC centers its work in the following three areas: Goal Development and Attainment; Business Operations Management; and Managing Projects. Ms. Battle ensures that her clients are working toward identified outcomes by providing transformational coaching services, professional mentoring, technical assistance, connection to appropriate resources, and sharing of best practices.
Ms. Battle holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Health Education with a minor in Community Health and a Master of Business Administration Degree with the concentration of Management.
Richard Pearce
Financial Consultant, Community Liaison, & Bookkeeper
Richard Pearce has over 35 years of experience working with owners of privately owned businesses to help them get started correctly, obtain financing, grow their businesses, reorganize operations, and implement strategic transactions (mergers, sales and acquisitions).
His expertise in commercial loan structure and underwriting, corporate restructuring, financial management, profitability enhancement, municipal finance, and economic development have been recognized nationally and utilized by trade associations and business publications for which he has spoken and written.
Mr. Pearce’s devotion to economic development and community service includes membership on various boards and committees. He is a graduate of the Williams School of Banking at Williams College and attended the Stonier Graduate School of Banking at Rutgers University. He has completed several postgraduate business courses at the University of Bridgeport and with the American Management Association among others. Richard Pearce holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Richard Pearce holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Hampton University and is a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity.
